Cambodian delicacies

Crickets: crunchy and chewy with an acquired after taste - a must try!



Duck egg: a duck featus still in the shell, boiled, and then eaten with garlic and lime juice - LUSH!


Red ants in a hot and sour beef soup:


Tarantula:  tasted like crispy shredded beef.  By far my favourite!
