2:30pm and it was a dash from school to race to the airport to get through security and board the plane before the gate closed at 4:30. Thankfully, there were no hold ups and everyone arrived on time, although I'm not entirely sure how the Cabot crew managed to weave their way through the city centre traffic during school pick up at 3:30, get through security with no cavity searches and arrive with time to spare.
And so the shenanigans began...including being told to keep it down during the flight!
After a short metro ride from the airport to the city centre, we embarked on following 2 different sets of directions to our hostel, Generator Copenhagen.
Once checked in and deciding which bunk was for whom, we headed into town for much needed food and wine and then it was an early night for us all. It was fun trying to freak out Mel who occupied the bunk next to mine!
